Well there can be 2 games for you the league on saturday and scrimmage on thursday. But yes it is a good chance to train Stamina or Free Throws.

Or 1v1/JS since then you got 4 training slots.

Two games this week (1 league game and 1 scrimmage), 10 training slots if rebounding/team , passing/team , 1vs1/team , JS/team ...

However, I think it's better to top up stamina / free throw in all stars week ...

PS: I hope that my key players will have 40~45 mins on the court to keep the game shape at strong/proficient level. Those young and bench players could have ~10mins playing time this week.

First time I've heard someone mentioning team training, do you really use it?

Regarding the initial question. People have mentioned already that you should plan ahead in the future, and train a 2 pos training(I mean the ones with no single position option, rebounding and 1v1 g/f)

But another idea is to have two main trainees, and a whatever third one(this is for messed-up-minutes situations during the season). You can just train those two guys during ASW, and stick to the presumed 1 position training plan.
