There is nothing wrong here.
You sold few of your players and have 26 k salaries, but you forgot about Player Salaries Floor. That's mean that even if you don't have any player in your team, you must pay this Player Salaries Floor , and in your case this is 157k. Next time just read the game manual or the news .
