right now i have a superior trainer, i bought a new trainee who i would like to become a future top player for my team, my question to you guys is, would buying an exceptional trainer be worth it? with the cash i have right now i could probably afford one that is 20-25k more on wages than my superior trainer, is that jump worth it for the bonuses i would get of having an exceptional trainer? thanks

After having nearly 24 hours to reflect on the answer I gave you yesterday, I'd still say that if you think getting the player to whatever he is going to be six or eight weeks faster than otherwise is worth the difference between an advanced and exceptional trainer to you, go for it. But I suspect that no matter how frequently it's suggested that you don't need one you'll still covet one, so do what you want to do!
