I'd be more concerned with his best matchup against you, as that will be where most of his shots will be taken from.
FCP could work if his guards are way worse than yours, but you also give up a big rebounding edge, so I wouldn't recommend it.

When I line up against a team that plays Patient, I try to put my best defender on their leading scorer, who is usually a guard. If you keep most of the match-ups even, he'll have a hard time.

Well, I wish I had a "defender" on my team. The best defense rating a player has on my team is 9. But thanks for answer. Any offense tactic advise base on my roster ?

If you want to maybe increase the number of steals you get by ten, and increase the number of points your opponent scores by about 20-30, it's a great choice. If you want to maximize your chances of winning, you do not want to FCP this opponent (or, as Manon sagely points out, don't FCP anyone unless you're much superior to your opponent).

What you likely want to do is to field your three best outside defenders as PG, SG and SF and play a 3-2 on defense. That should help ensure that you've got a decent defensive matchup against whomever is his best shooter (I only looked at his last game and it looked like he had I think SF and PG both shoot a lot), and the boost to OD will help a little against those jumpers. You'll probably want to run a LI on offense especially given your rating in your recent game running that.
