They are worth training, but a word of caution: The 6'7" guy will train slower in guard skills due to his height. You can try and train him to be a formidable player, or get a few pops on him and sell. The MVP guy has a better shot at being a good player if trained well.

Training Program

OD to 9
PA to 8 (depending on if you want PG, 9 might be better)
1v1 to get HA and DR to 8
JS to 8 during 2-game weeks, offseason and weeks where he doesn't get at least 43 minutes in single-position trained skills. (The best total is 48-60 minutes a week.)
If you want to train JR, get them to 7 or 8.

From then on, you can decide what type of build you would want for both.

Just so i can lineup them up better.

7/7/6/5/6/8 3/1/5/7 6/7
4/4/6/3/5/3 3/4/7/5 5/3

IMHO with a level 4 trainer:

3-4 weeks of pressure @ PG, or until both hit 8 (strong).
3-4 weeks of OnevOne @ PG/SG, or until both hit 7.
3 weeks of passing to ensure that your MVP guard is useful in future PG trainee situations that you wish to be more competitive in.

Long term, i dont see the PAS 6'7" guy being anything special. I think he's a decent hybrid guard in an LI setup for a D.III or D.IV team if you develop him correctly, but you can get a fair amount of players at that level.

The MVP shooting guard is far more raw, but the MVP potential means he can go quite a long way. I would probably try and focus on him as long as he isn't fouling a lot per game.

The reason why my recommendation is a little different than big dog's is merely the fact that i like having my worst trainee average or so across the board minimum so he isn't a complete liability. You will need t get OD on any guard much past 8 or 9 going forward, but i would rather get them to 8 first and round out handling and passing to at least 5's and 6's. before that point.
