Hey I'm really not sure if I need a mentor that much. My team is good for D4, but I've seen other players in higher division asking for a mentor to guide them. So I though what the heck! It can't hurt. I do tend to have a lot of questions and post them on the Help forum in BB so I though a mentor could also help me with that. I know I need to expand my arena and I am working on it, but I would like to know if there is anybody my team is desperately needs right now. I am looking for a backup SG and PF at the moment. I also need help with what I should do with Draft picks and how much I should spend on points because I have had successful drafts every year really except for this one. I am also buying both the 10 point scouting options when they come available after the allstar break. Finally I need to know when to sell a player.
Thx,

I would personally need specific skill sets and such to give you a detailed analysis of what i like and dont like.

However, what can be said without anything is that you aren't managing gameshape properly. You have starting caliber salary wise that are at 6's in GS. I usually have most starters @ 8 GS, some in the 9's and a few occasionally dip to 7 in tougher weeks.

I'm not as worried about your mass of younger talent. I assume two are random fillers for depth on the roster.
