is the the initial draft order the same for all teams in the league,
eg is player 6 the same guy for all teams

Wow, that's so helpful to know!

Does that also mean that my scouts might rank a player as a 5-grey-ball prospect, but another team's scout might rank him as a 4 or 3-grey-ball prospect?
