I like the build on the C quite a bit, but on the PF I prefer a bit more OD/HA/DR, maybe at the cost of -1 or so in IS/ID so salary is about the same.

He's two thirds of the way through PAllstar so ya he's prolly capped.

He still isn't capped,you can get passing to 25+.and he still wouldn't cap

He' capped at PG before then though cause of the HND/DRV points you'd gain along with PA but he could a good number for PA in before that happened.
