First thing you've got to do is learn how to train.

You've got one good trainee by the looks of your team - Udrica - but you don't appear to be training him. You need to decide whether to train inside or outside, get another couple of trainees (preferable 18 or 19, at least perenail allstar/superstar potential, and probably 4K+ wage) to go along with Udrica.

You then need to make sure that you get them 48 minutes each week in the position you are training (for example, if you are training passing at PG, you need to get all three guys 48 minutes at PG in that week. Easiest way to do that is to play one guy as starter and backup at PG).

Oh and make sure you've got a decent trainer - probably level 4 is fine.

I wouldn't be too concerned about your results this season, get some trainees in, improve your team that way, and the results will take care of themselves in future seasons.

thank you heaps it sounds good and im loving this game just wanna get better as quick as possible im a quick learner but i mean i like experimenting and do you think that by just focusing on training the pg's on 3 different skills that it will be to hard to train other positions???

Generally, people don't train other positions, because it would be a waste of time for those trainees that are young, so a vast majority of managers choose to train one or two positions for a couple of seasons to let their youngsters blossom to their full potential!

great post by mllama

your team gets worse every week if u do nothing

players get older, ur opponents get better, players on the market get chaper & the value of your players decline, the cost of ur staff goes up every week

so u need 2 do things to make ur team get better

these include
training
building ur arena
drafting a star
winning so many games that u can get promoted 2 div 3

i cant be bothered looking @ ur team, if u want specifiic tips u need to be specific but take a look @ ur league

can u win this season? then do it
u cant win this season then just win the games u can while making training & saving money the top priority

as a noob training can be very tricky, the easiest way is 2 get 2 trainees, i think i read pgs so get 2 guys who are as short and young as possible, a 6' 18 year old is best, then u want the best potential possible, i like mvps but less can do, u also want them 2 have high pa & od @ least average in each

getting a 6' 18yo mvp with all great skills will cost a million + so u will have to compromise :P

then make sure both guys get @ least 48+ training as a pg each week

set the training 2 either pressure 4 pgs or passing 4 pgs

get a lev 4 trainer with a low weekly wage <20k

in a few weeks they will be great
