How do you get to be apart of one? I don't think my team is in it. I am trying to challenge teams, but it seems as though every team I challenge, I can't because it says they have a tournament commitment.

Everyone is in the cup tournament. Look on your schedule page for the game highlighted in blue with a big C to the right of it.
