We won :)
First win of the season for us. For the remaining weeks we'll try to improve for the next season.

I'm not really satisfied by this championship and by this half season. The growth of players is not so good as I was hoping until now. We need that the community reacts to our plans. We need confrontation, we need advice, we need that people discuss with us about training, matches and other things.

In this season some players of the database have been fired by their team without advertising. We can't permit this!!! I can found some buyers if the team don't want to maintain players but it's not good to lose them in this way.

Analyzing the team for the next season: we have a quite solid frontline with Bowie, Williamson, MacInroy and Dove mainly.
The backcourt is a big problem: we don't have good defenders or good passers or good shooters. Nothing of them. We have players that would not play in a V of USA-Poland-Italy-Spain (biggest nations in BB), so PLEASE for the rest of the season train PG and SG with a lot of OD and PA for PG, or JS-JR for SG.

Yes, nice win! Keep up your good work - and the community will get more involved, but that will take time. I think it's a good start that Rickaaa (57625) found the forums. Let's see what happens in the future :-)

no no no, Bowie is still very young and it'd be great if you could 1 position train him along with 2 other young scots. For a player to reach NT level you're looking to train him until he's at least 24/25.

Hey guys sorry for recent lack of participation in forums and things, i've been finishing up university and moving house and things...hopefully have more time to get involved now. Totally agree with what has been said that we need more involvement and discussions.
