After 4 weeks of PG/SG pressure training, plus 3 weeks of PG pressure training, one of my players that received the full 48 minutes training at the right spot during those 7 weeks, still hasn't upped in OD. 22 years old, 6'1, balanced stats except for passing that's a bit lower than the rest, and still no skill pop.
If that's working as intended, I'd say training has moved way beyond the bs limit.
