Hey guys, I just thought it would be a good idea to make this thread so that people can show off their new American rookies that are 18 this year since they contest was for this years 19 year olds. Feel free to brag about your youngsters.

He looks great. Make sure to single-position train him at C, or you can mix in some 1v1 for Forwards and make him an option at SF. Good luck to you!

Certainly a super-PF potential player. Apart from the obvious inside training, lots os JS OD DR would be amazing too.

Yeah, but don't forget ID too,he is 6'9. He should look something like this soon (Maybe 21-22 y.o.?)-
Jumpshot 11-14 (He shoots,HE scores!)
Jumprange 4-9 (Due to being PF,and big salary increase)
OD-10 (Good for SF)
Handling 9+ (Not another Russel Westbrook, too many TO's)
DR 8+
PA 7+
IS 10+
ID 11+
RB 8-10+
SB 6+(High salary in creaser)
ST above 4 at least
FT (train on allstar, end of season w/ stamina)
THOSE ARE KILER AND MAY TAKE A WHILE TO GET. NO GARUNTEED RESULTS. NO REFUNDS. Jks.

I agree with every thing except shot blocking? Why waste your time on shot blocking when you can easily boost up other, more important things? Plus you dont want your players salary to increase from a pointless skill.

The difference between blocks per game for a mediocre skilled shot-blocking player and a player with average shot-blocking is about .2 blocks per game. It makes almost no effect at all, and with a good young player like that he should not be wasting a week or two on getting a pop in shot-blocking, when he could use it for Outside defense IMO. We can agree to disagree though. Personally i would never train shot-blocking, because it sometimes pops along with inside D so there really is no point in training it.

I dont train SB however there is good evidence to suggest that it has an effect on defensive efficiency, not just number of blocks.

You'll see an number of top teams valuing SBing a lot higher than they used to due to this impact on defense, specifically, it aids in zone defenses.
