1. No, 190cm is OK for SG.

2. Increase JS, JR, Driving.

Your players shooting prowess not only is influenced by his own skills but those of his opponent. If you play a team with great outside defense, you are bound to see your players perform worse from the 3pt range, because they will be shooting under pressure and not from open looks.

does running a type of play counts to because i ran outside iso last game so i could get him the ball more often but he only end up missing alot of his shots and my pf ended up scoring 38 points loool

I can compare training 6.0 to 6.4, its like 8 to 6 pops, at OD in same time. so it should be only like 20% slower than 6.0 one. no big deal, since his skills are very very nice! god, i am jelous!

I don't entirely understand the isolation offenses, but potentially the PF had a more favorable matchup, maybe someone with atrocious OD.

he got 7 assists as well, which probably suggests two things

a) Your Out-iso offense meant your SG had the ball most of the time.
but
b) Your opponents SG was a good defender, so your SG couldnt get as many good looks. Have a look at how many of his shots were below 5 seconds on the shot clock to confirm this.
but
c) Your SG was actually quite good in being able to dish it off sometimes as well. Hence the 7 assists. so yer.

What plans are you having with Peter Gruškovnjak? If you can train him one-position in guard skills, it would meean a lot to our U21. If you need a training plan or just general advice on training, I can help you, because I have a lot of experience with training guards.

Oh, and 190 cm isn't a problem for a guard.

The fastest training for developing a quality guard is 1 on 1 for PG/SG and OD in first season (half of each). That's how these three players were trained and they were/will be the top of their class with a salary you can afford:

(21392088)
(21393889)
(18383496)

So 1 on 1 and OD is basis; in the 2nd season you can then choose if you want to develop a SG, PG or combo guard.

Do you think this is possible?
