I've not been able to find much on training Free Throws and Stamina. These are Team Training options. If I train this for one week, how many of my players are likely to get a pop?

I've read that two-position training is about 70 percent of one-position training. Anyone know how much percentage you get in Team Training for free throws or stamina?

I've learned recently that I MUST train some free throws. My guys are terrible and are costing me more than 10 points per game.

How often do others train free throws? What can you tell me about it? I'll have many players get 48+ minutes, but wonder how many of them are likely to improve in FTs. Also, will old and young players both pop in free throws or no?

(78242.1) check this out

"Free Throws:
Trains FT @ 2 weeks
Stamina:
Trains ST @ 1-2 weeks"

For team training you dont need to keep your players 48+minutes, thats why many mangers switch to team training when they face injuries.
Generally, you have to train stamina for at least once per season (because players DO drop stamina). Free throws you can train anytime if you dont have a prospect. And you can always work on team training regradless of age.

Does this apply to other types of team training? or only FT and ST?

Including GS.
But training GS is basically a waste, in my opinion.

BTW, you dont even need to play your players for a single minute though they will get the training effort.
