I want to know what an SF's skills should look like in my Division and how much I should pay for one like him.
Here is the SF I have now who I know really slacks on REB

Weekly salary: $ 15 680
Role: regular starter
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 75400
Age: 29
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: tremendous Jump Range: proficient
Outside Def.: prolific Handling: strong
Driving: strong Passing: average
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: mediocre

Experience: strong

Anyone know what skillset I should be looking for, for an SF in my division?

He's very good, but since he's 29yro you cant really (and shouldnt) train him.
Ideally I would want my SF better at IS and ID, and maybe handling and passing as well.

Looking at your games from last season, it looks like you switched up your tactics a lot. I'd say that your primary goal with your SF should be for him to function in a variety of offenses. At D.IV competitive levels, I'd say that something like this would be ideal:

Jump Shot: sensational Jump Range: prominent
Outside Def.: sensational Handling: prominent
Driving: sensational Passing: prominent
Inside Shot: prolific Inside Def.: prolific
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: average Free Throw: strong

More passing, rebounding or of either defense is pretty much always good, too.

Maybe this wasn't clear, I know I'm not going to train him I was just wondering what I'm missing on an SF so I buy a better one

That SF would have 103 TSP. I doubt many DIV teams could afford such a good SF.

then maybe you should look for someone similar to the one you mentioned but with a better inside game and secondaries (of course, the more skills the better, but you have to be able to affort that)

For D.IV, SF with outside skills around 11(or a little bit higher), secondaries around 9,and inside skills around 8 should be very good.

The salary estimate works out to about $32k. I would consider that to be around what a D.IV team should be paying for it's best players.

I interpreted the question to be referring to that kind of player.

I'm not saying that it's a common build for a SF in D.IV. I'm also not saying that a SF has to be this good to be competitive in D.IV. He asked for the ideal build, so I thought of what would be the best build that still had an affordable salary for D.IV.

Clearly, you could get by with lower numbers in almost every skill and have a very good SF for that level of competition...but that wasn't the question. If I'm wrong and he was asking for a build that would be competitive and that he could train easily or find on the TL for cheap, then I'm sorry?

I didn't think that was what he was looking for. If it is, it's easy enough to figure out. Just take 2-3 points off of every skill and end up with something more like: 10/8/10/8/10/8 8/8/6/5 4/6 and you have a guy who will be solid but not dominant in any (D.IV) offense for a salary of only around $12k.
