How often should you rotate your staff members? (mostly from a financial standpoint) and how do the veteran coaches manage their staff?

None of my staff last more than a full season. I rotate about every 10-14 weeks depending on the salary I bought them at.

But I also don't keep anyone above 'advanced' on my staff.
