1) are prices in this game translated into a country's local currencies? or do all managers see dollar figures?

2) do countries go bot (and thus are presumably extinguished)? if so, what happens to players from that country?

I do remember Lebanon once had zero active managers. Don´t know for how long though. But why should they delete a country after some time?
Lebanon e.g. has 20+ managers now again.
