whats the significance of stamina in buzzerbeater? is it as important as in hattrick? does it vary in importance by position?

Play deteriorates. A player with lower stamina will be more likely to be replaced. It is probably as important as in HT, but a little more subtle since you don't get a direct report of the effect as you do in HT with the half possession numbers.
