The season is almost over, so I think it's time to say good-bye. I'm not very good in farewell speeches, so I'll try to keep it short.

Four seasons have gone, four seasons that brought satisfactions and honor, good and bad moments. In the long run, I'm confident I did what it was possible to do with the team. Sure, I would have liked to reach the African final last season, but at least the result didn't come by some wrong analysis. Where needed we risked and we got the bright side of the medal all the times; Ghana ranked up by a lot during the last four seasons, up to the 40th position (unbelievable, when it all begun). Ghana has now a bunch of players that can still grow to allow the NT to gain some international positions (not many, but some are better than nothing).

Personally, I learnt a lot about the game and about how to follow a developing country. There is one thing I would have managed differently, in the first season, namely the retiring players, but this was solved anyway. I hope that Ghana could increase the number of managers that are really following the game: only Cashwinner writes on the forum and just 5-6 do really train and manage their team. With this basis, it is almost impossible to do something relevant at national level.

I'll keep on being around in the forum, I won't disappear: and if needed, the new staff can be free to ask me for suggestions or past experiences. But mainly, I'll be here for Ghana's managers that want to get advices on their club.

A new chapter is opening, wishing that it could be even better than the old one.
Go Ghana!

You did even better of the good, unprecedented things I was proud for South Africa that set the basis for last continental trophy.

I was very surprised of your first mandate (I still remember how you moved to second phase!), but having replied in the second is just the result of your impressive job.

And good luck Ghana, you managers deserve another good coach to develop further what you already did with your players.
