I'll soon have an opponent who always play push the ball. What is the best defence against high pace attack? And opposite, what is the best defence against slow attack, like patient? Help me please

3-2 zone with a slow offense will stop your fast paced opponent. Princeton is great in real life, but I don't know how the Princeton offense functions in BB. Remember, if your offense is slow, it takes time away from the opponent too.
