All the other categories are pretty straightforward, but I don't really get the Offensive Flow one. How does it impact my team? How can I improve it?

Judging from the CoachParrot tables (maybe you know what they are), in a base offence, it's based predominately on passing, partially off handling, with a minuscule driving component sprinkled in. Like 80% passing, 19% handling, 1% driving would be a rough estimate.

I guess it impacts your team by increasing offensive output. You get better shots and will have better efficiency. Some attributes like passing and handling also have a direct impact on some offences ratings. Motion for example, passing and handling hold big weights in the outside scoring rating there.

Also, good ball movement reduced the number of turnovers while improving the quality of looks (simply because you have more looks to chose from)

Offensive flow is very heavily weighted on PG, with medium weightedness for SG and SF. You'll want to have good handling and passing skills for this. As far as I can tell, if you have good offensive flow, it's MUCH easier to get a closer look at the basket, so playing PTB or Look Inside are normally good options. You'll normally rack up a lot more assists with good offensive flow.

Also, slow tactics benefit from good offensive flow a lot more than fast tactics, because they are much more reliant on ball movement to get clear open looks as opposed to fast paced offenses.
