I have a question, which is maybe a stupid one, but here it is:

Player A and player B have the same skillset:

Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: mediocore
Outside Def.: awful Handling: inept
Driving: mediocre Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: wondrous Inside Def.: woundrous
Rebounding: wondrous Shot Blocking: prolific

Stamina: awful Free Throw: strong

Player A has got potential Allstar and player B has got potential Perennial Allstar. The age and length are the same.
They both have reached their softcap. I know it's hard to get a player with Allstar potentiel to this skills, but that doesn't matter in this case.
Is there any difference between the training speed of these players? Does player B, who have just reached his softcap, train faster than player A, which have reached his softcap a season ago?

Thanks in advance
