Need help in deciding which skill level trainer I should get. I'm new to this game and I am looking to change the trainer to either advanced or superior. Which one should I get? Please advise.

A low salary Superior trainer is expensive for a new player. Your better off getting an Advanced trainer on 15k salary who has a low sign on fee.

Thanks for the advice. If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you also what is the training speed difference between the two type of trainers?

People say that superior trainer will give you extra 2-3 pops over 2 seasons, compared to advanced trainer. So really, there's not a significant difference unless you have a potential rookie who could play for the U21 NT and NT.

Thanks for the info. I'll see what I can do to raise more money so I can buy a superior trainer.

I think you misunderstood. You don't have a trainee worthy of U21 consideration (which isn't a bad thing at all!), so anything above advanced is a waste of your resources.

Well personally I wouldn't recommend that you buy a lvl 5 trainer because one, you've just started this game and money should be spent on arena expansion and getting a few decent players and two, you're in div V where the weekly net income is not high, thus getting lvl 4 trainer who's much cheaper is overall more beneficial for you. Consider buying a lvl 5 trainer much later. At the moment, lvl 4 trainer is good enough.

Thanks for your help too... I already have three good 18 year old players rated star or perennial star. Good luck for the rest of the season as well.

Upon thinking a bit more about what you said here, what is the sale price difference with the 2 - 3 pops difference? Are we talking a difference of $500k or more? Or less than that?

I believe you're referring to the price of lvl 4 trainers and the price of lvl 5 trainers, who gives extra 2-3 pops over the course of 2 seasons.
As far as I know, lvl 4 trainer could be bought for 10k to 20k. They're really cheap to buy and yet does a good job. I'm certain that majority of the managers have lvl 4 trainer because of that. Lvl 5 trainers could be bought for around 300k-500k. So it gets pretty expensive when compared to lvl 4 trainer.
