I heard that all managers get 16 free points for the draft even if they don't spend a single penny on it. Is this true?

Also, since we are close to the all-star break, has anybody gotten any good picks for the draft?

This was under the old system. Now your player are pre-ranked with a ball rating so you get no free scouting points.

I am waiting until after the all-star break to use the scouting combine option before I spend any points scouting individuals.

Aww, that sucks... I liked the old system better last season :(...

I am doing the same thing as you. Waiting for Scouting Combine :). Hopefully I get an SF like Calvin Dupre to train again :D. He was a lot of fun.

I don't see that Calvin Dupre was ever on your team.... You never transfered him and he is not on your roster... How would you know about training him again.... unless... Oh! Your first season again? lol What do the rest of you Canadians think?

He was McCrushers (the user who drafted him). He sold all of his players and quit or had to take a leave of absence in season 13. A user I know was in his league back then and I remember the circumstances.

Yea Burns, I was the McCrushers, I trained Dupre till i think the midseason of Season 13, then had to leave the game due to getting grounded. So i traded everyone including Dupre and left, and i came back a little over a week ago :).

Oh cool, welcome back. That's gotta suck to have a U21 player on the team, but not have him anymore. I remember the McCrushers I think.

Haha, thank you, I am so glad to be back!!!. Yeah, it sure does, and I feel quite disappointed that Dupre is basically the same as I had him (except for more driving and handling) >.<.

Fabes has been fun to train as well it's a nice feeling knowing that you got a gem in a draft and knowing that your fans are going to be watching him develop. I hope I can get another big pf if so I really like my chances to be get promoted this and next year. I am the only active team in my league right now so am going to be promoted. I have build my area and by next season will be able to add one or two more good players.
