Minutes on the side next to name? what does that mean?

Where you see the players that you are training, you have age,name and minutes, what do the minutes mean? Because i see different amounts of minutes next to the players' names. I never understood that, although i know that you need 48 minutes to get full training.

When you go to manage my team, there is a little box at the bottom that sats training minutes. The minutes next to each players names are the number of minutes they were traines that week. When you go to the roster on the side menu, you can see the age of the players on your team.
