Hello all English BB-players,
I'd also like to be your next U21 manager and my history in BB was quite same like GM-RiP. I've been Finland NT manager season 3 and 4 and from season 6 to 11 Finnish U21 coach.

If I'm elected, I'll give all my skills to your U21 team. My earlier recodrs has been taken Finnish U21 team from ranking place 59 up to 12 during four season. Getting best possible U21-team needs lots of help from all English managers and if I'll be selected for the U21 manager I will do all my best to go thru first phase in European Championship tournament.

Good luck for upcoming season, and hopefully I could help you with your U21 team.

-Oldtimer- BB from season 3-

Howdy,

Most of the people who visit this forum will know who I am and what I'm about. I've stood idly by for about 4 elections now, and every time I've stood bt I've come to regret it afterwards.

So I'm throwing my name into the hat. If you vote me in, then most of you know what you're going to get. I'm not going to make a song and dance because to put it bluntly, all NT applicants always promise the same things. If people feel there's a better candiate then go with them. I know I'm far from the perfect manager, but I think I can do a pretty good job and I'm happy to give it a go if that's what people want.

Dear Managers,

Last two seasons I have had the opportunity to manage the English U21 team. I took a lot of pleasure helping the team achieve its goals and I think we did it quite well. In season 12 we finished 5th of Group C in the European Tournament behind teams like Lietuva or Israel; but more important, we had the same record as Russia and Bosnia (two teams that have always had better players than we do). In season 13 we stranded in the second round against a very tough Polish team.

I would be very glad to continue the job you have assigned me two seasons ago. For this reason I decided to run for the U21 elections.

Now, my aims for the next two seasons are the same as they were in my first term: try to bring the England U21 squad one step higher than last season. Therefore I will need your help. Indeed, a manager can't do anything without good players. And you will be in charge of their training. Of course, as was the case during my first term I will always be ready to help you find the prospect (or experienced player) you need, give you some advise on how to train your players most efficiently, or give some advise to new managers who are not yet used to the different tools they will find on Buzzer Beater.

I hope you'll put your thrust in me for another term.
If ever you would have any questions, feel free to ask them on the National Team Debate Thread and I will answer them as soon as I read them.

Good luck in the upcoming season,
Good luck to all candidates,

Mister Q
