Well as the title says

i figure the only way for NZ NT to get better is for the trainee to be train within NZ, instead of shipping them to foreign country to be training on 1 v 1.

im thinking if we can trade info on any young NZ player who's about to go on sales etc etc.
most importantly sell them to NZ player who know what to train the players at, or leave a forum post here, and get advice from people. i will try the best of my ability to help.

i mean c'mon NZ, is time to compete at the world stage ^_^, if we really do this, in 3 season time, we'll get a really dominating squad at U21

and hopefully i can do the honor on keeping track of 20~30 player(also making sure they will stay in NZ)

and number will cut down to 16 in 3 season.

basically
3 PG only train JS,OD,PS,HDN secondary : jump range, driving
3 SG only train JS,OD,JR,PS secondary : handling, drving
3 SF only train JS,OD,ID,IS secondary : handling, driving, Jump range, Rebound
3 PF only train JS, ID, IS, RB secondary : Jump range, HDN
3 C only train IS,ID, RB secondary : anything to stop them from turning the ball over
+ 1 extra player

this is just the rough idea.

the reason for high HDN, i don't like TO.
and also keep track on how often the player foul out in a game.

good luck with the next draft, if you happen to get a trainee that you don't need(but it's trainable). please leave a post here.

just want to make sure everyone get a NZ trainee that they like, and really build a team around them.

Depends on how much you will be selling him for.

forgot to mention, is not the selling price, is how much people are going to bid for him, i'd give mine away for free if there's some NZ player who actually want to train the new and upcoming trainee, but there's always someone out of NZ who want them.

as much as i like to keep them in NZ, there's no trading system here. so the only way is to have more money, and prepare to go over the market price just to get the player.

REMEMBER
This 3 season plan strategy does not benefit us as individual, but for our country as a whole.

I've been preparing for this since starting of this season, I've save up 2.4m as of now, and have a 14.5k stadium.

so i can buy any trainee i want, and still have a good stadium to have income. and also to get a level 6 and above trainer to let them improve faster.

this is my 3 season plan for NZ

@ SammyD, as a GM, can you somehow ask whether we can have within country sales only. like you can limit the player to be bid by NZ player only.

I know it wasn't directed at me, but I can answer that. You CANNOT restrict a player by being sold to a certain team/country/anything. It's a free market for everyone.

I've tried to keep you guys in the forum updated on our NT players that are being sold so that you can have a look at them. It actually worked with colesy buying our big man Bedenham. I'll try to stay vigilant in doing that next season.

By the way, our top NT Center right now (Jin Yingxing) is on the transfer market for $3 million. I don't think I'm allowed to link to it as that would be considered a transfer ad, but maybe you'd like to browse our NT roster? ;-) (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/country/52/nt/players.aspx)

NT coaches (and ONLY elected NT coaches) can post ads in the country forum for a player that is currently on the NT.

It's a good idea Sorrow. I have actually started doing this with a few of the 18yr old Guards (as guards is always our weakness in the U21's) So I know I am training Gandi in mainly JS and OD while LeftHook is training Wally in mostly OD and Passing and Royobannon is training Kuncoro to be more of an all rounder. So we should be looking good to have a decent outside game in 3 seasons when they are all 21 :)

To make this a better process we first need to start by finding out who trains what. I'll start a list of the players I know and who trains what.

Guards:
SammyD
Lefthook
Buttsy
mpoc? (I think)
Royobannon

Big Men
Nyxzen

This way if you get a nice Big man in the draft you can message the trainers to see if anyone is interested in training him before putting him on the market :P

So add your name to the list if your keen to help out the NZ NT teams
