Does a 4 coach get pops at the same rate for a 4 coach when you are popping from say a 12 to 13 compared to popping from a 7 to 8 or does the quality of coach, in this case a 4 mean that it takes him longer to get the higher quality pops compared to the speed the same coach can achieve the 7 to 8 pop, as an example??
I know a 4 coach will take longer to get a pop than a 5 coach, but my question is based on the rate a 4 coach works at.

As far as I know, it makes no difference wether you try to improve from 19 to 20 or from 1 to 2. So coach levels shouldn't matter there too.

Ok, thats what I thought, but wanted to check.
Do you know when player slow down on the pop rate, at what age, I have so many opinions on it, I have a few 22 yr olds and it seems to take an extra training session from last season to pop them.

Well, you're right. There are as many opinions as managers, but I do share your impression that 22 year olds do remarkably slow down...

Well training slows down a little bit every year. So a 19 year old is slower than an 18 year old. And a 22 year old is slower than a 21 year old. Where you stop training is up to you. If you want to make a national team player you will have to keep training after 22.
A level 4 coach will train the same for level 1 to level 2 as if would for level 19 to level 20.
However, there are other variables that might cause the speed to change.
If the skill you are training is a lot higher than other related skills then it will train slower.
If the skill you are training is a lot lower than other related skills then it will train faster.
Chances are that a player will be older when training from 15 to 16 than from 7 to 8 and so it will take longer due to the age.
