I just wanted to know what skills in outside d and range are considered to be "good" for IV. This is for a shooting guard.

Wonderous and Sensational. lol just kidding, uhh I wood say Proficient/Strong for both skills would be decent in Div IV, but that should by no means be your best player.

you always want good OD!!! :P My trainees should both end up with sensational OD and my SG trainee should have sensational JS and proficient/prominent JR and my PG/SG combo trainee should end up with either proficient/prominent JR. But I am planning on training them both for a few more seasons soooo it depends your training plan if you are only training them one season then proficient would probably be good.
