I triy many times, but i still can't finish the Manager Tutorial ??

The first mission (1. Introduce Yourself ) and (13. Cast a Popularity Vote ) are both can't finish..

Can you help me because i really don't know how to complete it-.-...

I don't remember if it specifically said to post in your league forum to complete Introduce Yourself, but if you haven't already, try that. For Cast a Popularity Vote, I believe you have to go to your National Team page and vote on the job the manager is doing. You should see a voting box on the bottom right.

Go to your forums page and on the bottom left it will have your league page you have to post in that forum

Click on "World" and look at the national standings, click on the USA team (rank 6) and on the right about half way down is a box asking you to vote on the manager of the USA team
