Just a quick question. Is there any way to measure sub levels on training? How do you know when a player is close to popping is a certain category?

There are some tools that help keep track, I am sure others will link them. Otherwise pen and paper :) It is still a bit of a guess but it can help to track training to judge how a player is progressing.

Pen and paper? Ive heard that I can track it manually but I dont know how. What to I write down to compare from week to week to see if there is improvement. I typically only notice if there is a pop in a category. I was wondering how I could keep track of sub levels--what do I look at? Is it DMI?
