I just got beat to death by like 50 in a scrimmage using all backups and rookies...Can this effect my team enthusiiasm?

No, the final result hasn´t any effect on enthusiasm. Enthusiasm increases by playing Tie, decreases playing CT and always tend to 5. As scrimmages are played without attitude, it only tends to 5.
