Bonjour à tous et à toutes,

Que ce soit en NT ou en U-21, il arrive parfois qu'un manager décide de vendre son joueur car il ne peut plus assumer son salaire, ne veut plus l'entrainer, etc.

Avant, nous laissions le joueur s'en aller (souvent dans un autre pays) et espérions que le manager veuille bien l'entrainer et nous garantir une bonne "forme" pour le joueur.

Ce temps est révolu, nous voulons avoir une structure encore plus professionnelle et essayer de trouver des managers ayant les ressources financières mais également la volonté d'entrainer ce joueur afin de garder plus de contrôle sur nos stars qu'elles soient futures ou actuelles.

Les règles de BB étant assez strictes à ce sujet, nous resterons assez évasifs sur les caractéristiques du joueur, elles ne seront (normalement) jamais données sur ce forum. Nous ne donnerons que le nom du joueur, son salaire, potentiel ainsi que l’entrainement que nous aimerions sur lui que ce soit à court ou long terme.
Si ce joueur n’est pas encore en U-21 ou en NT mais que son manager veut le vendre, nous ferons une annonce « anonyme » demandant si « tel ou tel type de joueur vous intéresserait ». A vous de nous contacter après par MP.

Het kan soms gebeuren in het NT of bij de U-21 dat een manager beslist om zijn speler te verkopen en dit om diverse redenen (hij kan bv. het loon financieel niet meer dragen of wenst andere training aan te vangen, enz..)

Vroeger lieten we de speler gaan (meestal zelfs naar een ander land) en we hoopten daarbij dat de nieuwe eigenaar bereid zou zijn verder te trainen en een goede vorm van de speler te waarborgen.

De tijd en de vereisten evolueren en we streven naar een nog professionelere structuur door managers te zoeken die niet alleen over voldoende financiële middelen beschikken, maar ook de inzet en het voornemen tot trainen hebben om alzo meer controle te hebben over onze huidige of toekomstige sterspelers.

De BB-regels zijn behoorlijk strikt en we zullen behoorlijk vaag blijven over de eigenschappen van de speler, ze zullen (normaliter) nooit op dit forum geplaatst worden. We zullen alleen naam, salaris, potentieel en de door ons aanbevolen en gewenste training op lange/korte termijn vermelden.
Indien de speler nog niet deel uitmaakt van het U-21 of NT, maar toch verkocht zal worden, zullen we een ‘anonieme’ aankondiging lanceren met de vraag of ‘dergelijk type speler iemand interesseert’. Aan jullie om ons dan desgewenst te contacteren met een BB-mail.

Hi Everybody,

In National Team or in U-21, it can happen that a manager want to sell his player because he cannot pay his salary, he doesn’t want to train him anymore, etc.

Before, we let the player fly to another country and we hoped that this new manager was agreeing to train him and to keep a good “game shape” during all the season.

This time is over; we want to have an even more professional structure and we want to try to find managers who can pay the amount asked for the player but also a manager who will continue the training. All this with the goal to keep a better control on our stars (or future stars).

BB’s rules are strict, so we’ll not show you the skills of the player who will be sold. We’ll give you the name, the salary, the potential and the training that we’ll ask you to give (in a short or long term).
If this player is not yet a U-21 or NT player, we’ll do an “anonymous ad” to ask you “if this kind of player can interest you”. If you are interested, contact us by BB-mail.

ONLY JOEMAVERICK AND I ARE ALLOWED TO POST A PLAYER HERE, THIS DECISION TO AVOID THAT SOME MANAGERS POST A PLAYER WHO DOESN’T HAVE A CHANCE IN U-21 OR NT

please do not make post about TL-ed players if they do not actually are in the NT or U21 teams.

We can not draw a clear line on this, so we can not allow it. TL-ed players can not be put in forum posts.

As an exception we allow NT managers and U21 managers to put U21 and NT players in specific forums (like this one), but we can not allow other TL-ed players to be promoted here.

Also do not make statements about their bidprice.
