Hello to everybody, I’m Luciro. I began to play Buzzerbeater in season 3 and I had many satisfactions as coach of my team "Ciro Trotters". Over the time I think I’ve understood very well what are the most important aspects of this game. I began in the fifth league, and in the last two seasons I went very close to the promotion in the second one.
Why I chose Hanguk?
I chose your country because I think that it may have the potential to fight on par with most of the Asian teams, thanks to a proper use of tactics and players.
My main skills are:
1
) My experience, gained in previous seasons
2)knowledge about the proper training of young players. I have a player who interests to the Italian national team, and now I'm training two players for the Belgian and French national teams.
3) I have experience in scouting young players for the Italian national team
4) I want to cooperate with the Hanguk national team coach in order to give him players in the best condition possible.
5) Use of a database system to store your players and to follow their
progress with your help. I will do this work with my staff which
consists of many members of the III.2 italian league
6) the intention to involve all of you in the management of your players.
How will I choose players for OUR u21 national team?
First:
I will consider all 20 and 21 years old players in order to create the very base team. If the next draft will give us some young talent who will have the chance to become very big stars, I will consider them for the national team in order to give them more experience.
Second:
All 18 and 19 years old players will be grown in the best way possible, so that they’ll be the protagonists of the future of the Hanguk team.
I believe in cooperation. Not only between me and my staff, but between we and all of you. I would like to help you in training your players and in understanding buzzerbeater in the best way possible.
