When will this show up? Isn't awfully late in the season for this to not be available yet? Last season it didn't show up at all for me!

I thought it only shows up after the regular season is actually completed. It definitely showed up for me last year (although it didn't exactly do me a whole lot of good as I drafted a whole lot of garbage.)

I actually edited the Draft page of the Game Manual a few weeks ago to note when that page is available.
