Ok here we are again ;)
Everyone whos read the thread "Elections season 11" should know me, for the people who don't, here I am: I'm Alessandro from Italy known as kao by everyone ;)
First of all I want to apologize with all for the last debate with Soren, it was regretable because was too early before the election time.
Secondly I think that, now that the right time has come, this have to be a serious debated where Luxembourg people should ask and turn their doubts or questions to the candidate, so please do not mention about nationality or something else: just talk about "how to lead Luxembourg NT".
So let's talk about my program, introducing my Staff:
kao (me) from 666ers
(36782) : nothing much to say, I will be work coordinator and first referent for Luxembourg NT players and issues.
Nuanda from Auri Go!
(45971) : he will be the "Tactic Manager", usually will help me, Vale and Davide scouting players but his main work will be studying rival team.
ValeRec from Casilino 23
(47598): he will be the "Scout Manager", his role will concern everything about players and their growth, including speaking with coaches.
Davide_12 from A.S.D. Pallacanestro Mazara
(47185): he will be the "Scout Manager" aswell, additionally he will help me presenting Luxembourg players on Italian forum.
After this let's talk about "what we're gonna do":
We've already made a list of Luxembourg players so I already have some ideas of whom will be part of the National Team and whom will not (If we want talk about numbers I could tell you that we scout tons of players and that there are 323 players that could inhale a place in NT)...
If we stop here everyone should tells me: "EVERYONE should do this work..." Yeah that's right, but my answer will be another question "Did you know that almost 50% of theese Luxembourg players will die soon because their team will become BOT?"
So here where our work continue: I think that community is the key for success, we could wait that Luxembourg BB community enlarge by itself (2/3 years... and we can not said that this happens), or we could made it larger.
Everyone should see results of Italian coaches in Cyprus (to made an example), the "secret" is the italian community, largest in BB (that's not a boast... simply a fact):

(11110544)Theese players should be really helpfully for NT but probabily they'll not because they'll become BOT, like many others... What we're gonna do it's to let them join Luxembourg NT so they become FREE AGENTS (and you should know that's not the same thing... BOT DIES, Free Agents could be buying), then we'll publicize them on Italian Forum: there is a specified part of the Italian forum used for theese means, and I assure you that italian community always support his manager all around the world... There we will find a good coach to train them and, according with us and Soren (after all he's U21 coach so this will involve him aswell, my intenction is to cooperate with him, not to make a stupid war), to make them growth as superstars.
In other way here's our program in synthesis:
- Hard work, that's the base
- High cooperation with everyone who want to help Luxembourg NT, including communityies and coaches
- A respectous ear to Luxembourg community, after all we'll work for you
- Professionalism and competence: everyone who write to us will have a polite and detailed answer
- The best means to publicize and saves most valuable Luxembourg players: Italian forum
I repeat: you should choose whoever you want to represent you, the point is that sooner or later you'll have to vote for a coach that will do what we're going to do right here, right now... why loosing precious time?
