Hello everybody,

One of the most important points in my speech (122477.9) is to involve community on this project. I'll try to make it happen that being a Philippines supporter will be even funnier than now. So you will be welcome if you want to ask any question or make any comment, even if you are not here as a candidate.

I believe that a NT should not be a personal project but the project of a country / community. That's is something that I miss on most of the speeches, but I suppose that we will have some time (not much) to talk about it.

So... let the debate begin!!! :-)

WOW. can u read this again?

Hello everyone. I am cezzz16, manager of the Korniks team and I am running for the position of NT Coach. I know every candidate would say that they promise that they'll do their best in running the NT and I am willing to help because I've got plenty of time researching, scouting, and analyzing the best tactics for our NT , but of course with all of your help. Even though other countries are way ahead of us because they've been here since season 1, we still have a chance because there's so many Philippine and Foreign managers training our players and I can apply good tactics with your help also.

and this...

This is not about me being the manager(IF), but it is also about your cooperation.
-cheri

and this...

And BTW TEAM PILIPINAS would not be selfishly be mine but all of us doing it AS one! goodluck to all!
- ARTistic Colongan

no offense. but these are the words you miss to read? or you didnt read them at all? i suggest you try to read and understand other managers speeches before saying that you miss on that point of their speeches.

if you cant understand that. then why should we vote for you?

Please use English or Filipino in Philippines forum. Most of us do not speak Spanish.

Hello again,

In other countries, apart from kind words asking for the help from supporters, candidates write in their speeches the name of other experienced managers who will help in the tasks of scouting and tactics. This way you can think he/she will not be overflown by too much work and he will find a second opinion for some decissions. As I said, most speeches show only the name of one manager (or one manager and his brother). I guarantee I would take some experienced help, so this is not a one person / personal project.

On the other hand as I said, I will suggest some ideas to get it funnier. There will be a weekly post, with some questions about the match (for example, how many players will score more than 10 points). At the end of the season we could have a friendly match so that supporters who guessed the most questions could suggest one of his players for the roaster as a prize for their loyalty. This is an specific proposal to get community involved.

Of course, I would also take people into account, so that they can give their opinion, suggestions, help, work, some of their time... But I think those are interesting and specific points.

then why should we vote for you?

- Experience: I began on season 4. As I said, I built two players (4545928) (7902802) for NTs and got in touch with different staffs. More experienced help is on its way.
- Fun. Community oriented project.

Building two U21 players does not equate to authoritative experience with regards to winning games. Yes, you may have won a championship or two in the past six seasons, but those came from a team which had one or two very dominant players. Such a team structure doesn't exist in any National Team, given that all players almost have an equal skill level. Clearly, while we sincerely appreciate your effort in developing excellent players for the Spanish & Philippine team, I believe you don't have sufficient experience yet with regards to managing a team with almost equal skill levels.

The kind of coaching experience we need is someone that has managed a well-balanced team, while being very unpredictable yet shrewd with regards to game tactics.

Fun. Community oriented project.

This is very difficult in your part because not all Filipinos are comfortable with using English. Typically, we use Tagalog/Filipino when conversing in the chat, and having to force ourselves to use English disables many from freely expressing themselves. If you want a project that is fun and community-oriented, you must learn how to speak the language of the community. Otherwise, it will be very hard to communicate with them. Therefore, it is next to impossible for a foreign coach to design a community-oriented project, unless, of course, he can speak Tagalog and know what type of humor we like, etc.

Why would we want a manager from another country? There would be many difficulties in language, expressions in chat, and etc. It would be hard for some managers to chat with you or send comments. Im not saying that you are not worthy, but think of the difficulties, the time difference, the language, the focus. Im not so sure about our trust to you being our National Team Manager.
