I heard that if 1st league has bot in it teams from 2nd league with best win-loss will be relegated. Does that go for 3rd league also ? If im best in 3rd league but i don't win my PO is there a chaneg to get into 2nd league ?

I guess not, only the winner from the play-offs go to the 2nd league. But you get some advantages in PO's if you are high ranked when the competition ends.

Im still pretty sure that people from 2nd league will go up to fill the 1st league.

If there is a bot cleanup, which I believe there will be, those from the lower leagues that finish with the best regular season records but do not win the playoffs may promote.

That said, I wouldn't expect to promote if you don't win the championship, but if it happens, it is a nice surprise.

It happened from my league last season - all the top 4 teams promoted.

Best is not to expect that anyone will promote due to bot-cleanup. That way you won't get disappointed when there won't be a bot-sweep promotion.
