How about making a sticky in the Bug or Global English forum listing all the known bugs?
It would make it a bit easier for new users like myself to know whats going on and to not report something you are already aware of.

I think posting each bug on it's own probably makes it easier for the BBs, so they can close them as they're fixed. Plus, they have a whole forum for themselves, it's not like it'll get lost.
